HiThere are soultion for clipper summer 87 and clipper 5.X which been upgraded to window vial object.and there are linkers such as rtlink, blink.And some clipper programmers use library such as Funky, Net lib.

i have old programs in clipper summer 87 .In many new windows64bit os they doesn't work!
